Lionhearted

As a famous writer once wrote and I quoted, "Being fearless is not the point, that's impossible. It's learning how to control your fear and how to be free from it."

Okay, I just watched insurgent last saturday, it was awesome. Theo James was hot, Shailene is simply awesome. I know why people are just dying to watch, and well the last saturdaywas insane, the entire theatre was basically full with people lining up.

So spoiler alert! If you haven't watched it yet, then don't read this one paragraph. You know, I actually can't believe that Tris just grew more and more braver. She's kind, honest, and smart. Even thought she's just fiction but, she's a perfect inspiration for girls. She admitted on how she actually felt, she sacrificed herself, and most of all, she forgives Jeanine. I mean, that really is something.

After watching that movie, I have the sudden urge to dress really tomboy and well whatever that looks brave and fearless.

My post this time will be featuring my friend Andy Sudarno. This time the pictures were taken by a good friend of mine. At first there were the three of us, and we were just messing around, posing in front of a camera. But she managed to take really great shots, and I love how it turns out. The shots looks like the one you'll find on magazine right?

Anyway my outfit here is really casual, the army printed shorts is from Gaudi and the hi-top sneakers is from Converse. As for the top, I honestly forgot where I bought it, and well I kinda cut off the label because it was itchy on my skin.

And if you're wondering what my guy friend here is wearing, then he's wearing army green pants from Pull & Bear, black hi tops from Aldo, paired with a simple black shirt.

Blackish White

Hey all! Okay, truth be told, I'm still awkward doing this whole thing. That includes the writing slash typing a post thing. And well, I'm not one of the great writers out there, but still trying to get there.

So last week was actually my sister's birthday. I don't know about you guys out there, but in my family, we have a tradition, that every time a family member has a birthday, we would go out to dinner with my parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, and basically almost everyone in the family. And of course we also have the usual cake tradition.

We'd just go out and have dinner, while wearing pretty clothes. So do you see where I'm going with this? If you don't I'll tell you, I took the opportunity to take some pictures.

When I first tried picking on what to wear, I was actually planning to wear something girly. But after I racked my entire wardrobe and made a mess, I found a crop top that I haven't wore much. Still stuck on the girly mindset, I found a black tulle skirt. Tried it on, it was a perfect match. And yes, that is a crop top, does it look like one? Cause it's not really the super short type of crop top.

And after my sister's dinner was done, I took the the balloons from the dinner decoration and used it. It was actually her idea to use it, great idea btw. But I was planning to take the balloons home anyway, cause I just love balloons.....

And I don't know why I'm telling you this, but fyi me and my sisters took lots of photos together, it was a blast. Yup, sisters, with an s on the back, I have more than one.

Oh, I also really want to know on what you guys usually do if your sister, brother, or family have their birthdays. Tell me on the comments below. Till my next post, bye....

Introductions

My first post here, I'm really excited .

Introductions first, my name is Jessica Felise, and people call me Felise. The few things about me is that I love the color of blue, I basically adore it. Maybe it's because as a child I watched Cinderella a lot, and I remembered loving her gown so much, that color of blue just got stuck in my head ever since then.

One of my favorite quote is "Less is More," so I'm sure you can guess that I love things that are simple. But I want that simple thing to look really elegant and chic, I want it to look just right, not too little and not too much. Because I hate things that are just too much or overdoing it

Umm... I love discovering new things. I actually just got this recently, because when I was younger, I made this really huge mistake of being afraid of taking a chance, and I can't change anything about it. I regret it so much that I promised to myself to always take a chance. And after a few period of time of trying a lot of different things, I started to love it, I love the excitement and the heart beating moments. My mind just going like, "Oh my god, am I gonna make it? Will I win? Will I be okay?"  It's exciting and it's adrenaline. After all, it's like what people said, just take a leap of faith.

Basically this blog is one of the things I'm trying. I've always wanted to make a blog, I just never got the time. And so, here I am making one.

Moving on, I got the idea of the blog when I realized that I wore my skirt a lot. And even though I wore it a lot, it doesn't look the same, because I styled it in different ways. At first I wore it with a crop top, then I wore it with just a normal shirt added by a sleeveless blazer, which fyi, made me look kind of badass. Later on, I wore it with a blouse for a formal event. And well, I can basically style a skater skirt to any style that I want, which just gave me the idea for a blog name.

In this blog, I'll be posting my daily outfits, it can be casual, sporty, formal, or just anything that I'm in the mood for. I'm also thinking of posting some cuisine and travel photos. So, stay tuned for my next post! And I also want to know on what you want to see on my next blog post, is it daily outfits or travel photos? Comment on my blog and press the subscribe button.
